Hi All,
We are facing issue in Finesse popup as we getting only caller number in popup on the right side below of the agent screen and no other details.
Can anyone suggest on this.

I believe that's all you get with the out of the box toaster notification and I don't believe there's an API being released for it yet, which is such a shame.
