UCCX Finesse Supervisor Desktop Basic Customization

Got a customer running CCX 10.6 and there was an "ask" if it's possible to merge two of the default tabs in the Finesse Supervisor Desktop layout- Manage Team and Queue Data. They don't want to keep selecting between the two tabs to see the data. I'm not a programmer but it seems you can do minor tweaks to the Desktop XML layout?  Additionally, any issues/restrictions combining these two tabs into one? TIA.

Yes, you can definitely do that. Its just about cut and paste the gadgets from Queue Data tab to Manage Team. However the big question is that the screen size is limited so the more number of gadgets in one single tab, more difficult to manage them for a view perspective but you can definitely do that.
