UCCX/Finesse Voice CSQ Summary Report

Hello, version 11.01, just want to be able to display an additional queue (that they do not belong to) for agents in one particular team. This is a live data report/gadget, anyone know how to add this?

Use a CUIC report/dashboard and embed it to Finesse.

Thanks for the response, I tried that and still, the agent can see the data from their own queue but doesn't see the additional queue. I tried copying the report and although they have permissions to execute it still doesn't show any other queue but the agent's own.

It's been a while but I did this same thing on 10.6. I had to give the agents 'reporting' capability in uccx (tools > user management), then in cuic created a new group and added all the agents .. Security > User Groups > Create (gave it a name LiveDataReport ; 'Groups' tab -Default field: AllUsers ; 'Group Members' tab -Users & Group pull down selected everything (in my situation , everyone can see everyone as we do a bunch of transferring to other Queues and want to make sure someone is available before transferring)
