There are two types of users which can login into Cisco Unified CCX Administration page:
1) End User who had been provided Admin rights from Tools >> User Management >> Administrator Capability View. In order to change password for this user, you will either do it from CUCM End User page or from LDAP in case CUCM is integrated with AD server
2) Application User that is created during the installation of UCCX. Use the below command from primary UCCX CLI to change the password for that:
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password
