UCCX HA Cluster - link down scenario

Hi All,

We have a UCCX, CUCM HA Cluster across 2 sites. HQ and Branch

UCCX publisher is in HQ and sub is in Branch.

What is the default behavior if INTER-site link across this two sites is DOWN?

Meaning which pub and sub no longer is connected

Agents are using Cisco Finesse registered to UCCX in HQ.

I had complain from Agents that, they are not able to login to Cisco Finesse

Refer to below document that talks about Finesse failover in the Island mode which you are referring to. As per this, clients can connect and operate with both sites and should not logout. If they are complaining about being logged out that means there are some other issues causing this behavior and not something initiated from UCCX/Finesse side
