Hello, I am trying to build script "helpdesk.aef" like in document "Help Desk Using Cisco Uccxtechnology design guide"  But it does not work. if only .. Somebody could help me to get it.

When i dial 1 or 2, i don't hear prompt Welcome to HR or welcome to IT.

Test your IT and HR wav files. Put them on the top of play prompt switch and swap it temporarily with welcome file. Test them there if they are working fine.
