Hello community,

Just before we start pushing Windows 10 installs on the workstations, is UCCX Historical reports supported?  I can't seem to find any documentation on this yet.

Thanks,

JP

No, as the HRC has been discontinued with version 9 of CCX.  As of version 9 web based CUIC was available and as of version 10 that is the only reporting client.  Your bigger issue is also going to be CAD support as I doubt it will be supported for your version of CCX, which must be 9.0 or below.

The compatibility for OS client for latest version 9.0 is here:

Thanks for the response Chris.   Currently we are running UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71.  So if I understand correctly, v9 will be the last that we'll see of HRC, and any reporting is now done with CUIC.

Looking through the different releases, it looks like CAD is even out of the picture as of v11??

I see it in 10 and 10.5, but also curious to see that the OS table doesn't even mention Windows 10 yet.

Correct, as of 10.X only CUIC is available

CAD is gone in version 11, only Finesse is an option

It does not mention Windows 10 as it is not officially supported yet, it will probably require new SU for it to be supported officially.

Thanks Chris.  I have the information that I need to move forward.

Cheers,

JP

Let us know how it goes, since 10 isn't supported yet.

Hi! Can you install UCCX Historical reports in Windows 10? Or definitely isn´t support it?

Thanks.

Not supported and there are no doubts about it.
