UCCX. How External Calls Reached to IVR Then Ext

Dears,

I create UCCX auto attandend  its working fine from internal calls can reached to ext after recording. But External Calls can reached to direct line recording but after that when press 1 , 2 the call cannot reached to Ext. can any one help me to solve it.

Please post your GW configuration and let us know what protocol are you using, i.e. SIP, H323, MGCP?

I have add all configuration of GW. there is to much Dial peer But for UCCX we are using 7337 i Bold that config.

please check and give me full salution I will be thanks full to you,

we have two GW and i upload all conf for both GWs.

can u check my cnfig please.

Add incoming called-number 7337 to dial-peer 7337.

Also, it is using H323 DTMF method on sip dial-peer, you need to use sip DTMF method such as  dtmf-relay rtp-nte.
