UCCX | How to Eliminate ringback while redirecting the call to another script

Hi Dears,

In my IVR script, we use redirect step to route the call to a different script from the main script.

When the call redirect, I get a ringback before the other script start playing the IVR prompts and as per business request caller should not hear the ringback at this stage when the caller get re directed to the different script \ application.

Please suggest

Sinan,

You could try creating an alternate call control group with a prompt containing silence uploaded and set in the network hold setting.  When the application trigger associated with this call control group calls the script, it will play silence from the network hold source.

Hope this helps.

I just checked this... you may also be able to test it with a "None" setting for Network Hold Audio Source:

I would still recommend using a separate Call Control Group for this purpose, though.

Best wishes.
