uccx https url document play promt

Hello ,

We are using uccx  version 11.6.1.10000-51 ,

We have play promt step from url which locates .wav file ,

Contact Center, UCCX

When we are getting this file with "http" url  it is working but "https" url  is not working.

Uccx has intermediate ca signed and ca root certificate , also url provider address locates in our domain,

How can we use HTTPS ?

Make sure, that WebServer, where the wav file is located served with signed certificate

I would advise you to use same CA for UCCX and MediaServer

Sounds like you're saying it's setup correctly, though we cannot verify that. Only things you can do, when you configure it correctly and it still doesn't work are:

1. Double check your configuration
2. Reboot the whole server
3. Review the logs

I guess I need to install global root certificate on uccx because when I check certificates I could not see anything . Maybe it has been deleted before

Good thing you double checked.

You might be able to get away with a Tomcat restart only but from my experience, UCCX really benefits from a whole server reboot whenever doing cert work. You're choice though.
