UCCx in Managed Service

Hello,

Does anyone found documents about Managed services with UCCx.

I explain:

1. There is a UCCx.

2. There is a CUCM

3. There are Customer or Groups A, B, C, D who are independents.

4. Customer A need a Call Center that is différent from B, C and D.

How the can they manage their users (add/delete agents).

How the can we give right to the manager of the group A so that he cannot see the users of the groupB or C or D.

The access that we need to give to the manager of the GroupA are : Web Interface for Simpe administration : Manage Campaign, Associate end-users, Add end-users, Reportings about GroupA.

Hi,

CUCM is fine, due to the AXL interface you can sort of slice the system both horizontally and vertically (and, actually, there are some fine products on the market allowing you that).

UCCX is tricky, up to version 9 there is no configuration API - in UCCX 9, there is, but I did not have the time to test it yet, you may want to talk to your local Cisco rep about it.
