I have a unified contact center express lab with CUCM 11.5 CCX 11.6 CUC 11.5 IM&P 11.5 i have configured a trigger 5000 to direct the call to agents internally so how can i make a call from outside (GSM) to the trigger ? i have Portech VOIP gateway
Configure your GW to talk to CUCM, I am not familiar with Portech VOIP gateway, but if it can speak SIP configure SIP trunk on CUCM to point to it and configure the GW to point to CUCM via SIP.
