UCCX - IPPA return to CSQ statistics in call

Using UCCX 8.5.1, is it possible to configure 7942 / 7962 devices to automatically revert to the IPPA default / CSQ statistics screen while in a call? 

The agents would like to see the number of calls waiting in queue while on calls without having to press the stats / services keys.

Yes, is possible. try to use the Cisco Desktop Administrator and enterprise parameter.
