Hi All,
I want to use UCCX for TAPS functionality only, what sort of licenses are required if I want to use uccx only for provisioning.

Hi Abbad,
You must install TAPS application on the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (Cisco UCCX) server. TAPS requires the Cisco IP Interactive Voice Response (IP IVR) application that runs on the Cisco UCCX server for the user interface and prompts.

UCCX Standard or Enhance or Premium license (as these licenses have an inbuilt IVR functionality) should be ok for this functionality to work.
