I know that agents are licensed based on concurrency, but I need to confirm that a workstation running the Supervisor Desktop AND the Agent Desktop (both required to gain visibility into queues, perform barges/intercepts, etc.) still only counts as one. Meaning, if I purchase 10 seats, would that allow me to run CAD on 10 workstations, with one of them also running the Supervisor Desktop?
Again, just have to confirm that a workstation running both the Supervisor and Agent Desktops wouild require two seat licenses. It wouldn't make any sense to me if it did, but I've seen stranger things...
Thanks again.

You are correct in your thinking.
User A runs only CAD = 1 seat
User B runs only CSD = 1 seat
User C runs CAD and CSD = 1 seat
