Hi All,
I am using UCCX version 9.0.2.10000-71 with premium package as below:
Configured Licenses:
Package: Cisco Unified CCX Premium
Total IVR Port(s): 210
Cisco Unified CCX Premium Seat(s): 105
High Availability : Enabled
Cisco Unified CCX Preview Outbound Dialer: Enabled
Cisco Unified CCX Maximum Agents: 400
Can you please tell me if a supervisor is logged in, will it consume one license or the license will be consumed only by call takers(agents)?
Regards,
Libin Benedict

Hi
A 'seat' is any supervisor or agent, or a single workstation running both.
So yes - a Supervisor does consume a license.

From the CLI you can find out exact license usage:
show uccx cad license usage
This will return a report of how many licenses are in use out of the number you have installed. It will also give you a list of the IP addresses of the agents or supervisors who are currently consuming a license.
