Dear Support,
I would like to know that on UCCX main menu announcement end user will listen main menu option and press the numbers as follow in main menu.
suppose some user not listen to main menu properly and he claim that he press the correct number. but he didn't press correct number.
is there any way to get the logs or reports of end user press numbers or following the properly accordingly with the main menu announcement.

Hi
You can use 'set enterprise data' steps to write information in String format about the input the caller makes. If you write to the 'custom' variables or caller entered digits, those pieces of information go into the 'contactcalldetail' table along with the call.
You can then either use the custom variables report for simple reporting, or you can get a bespoke report put together to improve it.
