Hi guys,

I'm trying to understand  the uccx Cisco Finesse concept.
We have ordered " CCX-11-25E CCX 11 Enhanced 25 seat Promo Bundle --- Qty ====> 1

Does this mean that 25 agents can simultaneously be logged in at the same time in Cisco Finesse .

Also need some clarification regarding the reporting tool.

for CUIC is licensing seperatly required or am i good to go?

You got the Finesse part correct, and you're good to go on the reporting!

Something else you didn't ask, but is good to know, is that you can configure as many CTI Ports as the server "hardware" will support. So, when you deploy the server, if you pick the 100, 300 or 400 OVA template, that's how many ports you can have. That is important, because that's how many callers you can service at the same time; not including any callers talking to your Agents. E.g., 100 OVA + 25 Agents = 125 callers handled at once

Correct. The OVA template options are: 100, 300 and 400, and that corresponds to how many simultaneous Agents and Ports you can have. E.g., Selecting 100 will allow you to login 100 Agents, and hold 100 calls in queue all at the same time.

You do not however, have to configure all 100 ports. You could select the 100 OVA template, and only create 50 ports. That's up to you. In fact, you could also create 150 ports, but the licensing server within UCCX will limit you to using 100 of them.

I hope that helps.

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for the quick reply, so what im understanding is , before i deploy the appliance (uccx)  i need to define how much cti ports i configure.

As far as i know when you deploy the OVA template it will give you an option how many you would like to have.

I think that 100 OVA will be sufficient for the client.

any way thankks for your reply!
