UCCX Media Kit vs. UCCX Licenses

Hi,

I have the following question: when ordering a new UCCX 10.0 system for UCCX 10.0 platform, it is needed to order licenses and media kits for it. But what are the difference between a license and a media kit? The Media kit is the software where the program is send? If that is the case, If buy for example, 25 Premium seat licenses, I can buy 1 CCX Media Kit for the installation of UCCX 10.0 base platform? Or I have to buy 25 media kits of them too?

Hi,

 No need to buy 25 media Kit, per instance one media Kit and number of required Licenses is enough.

UCCX platform will support up to 450 Agents.
