Hey experts, i've been trying to create Simple Uccx script that will play prompt like for sales press 1 and if customer press 1 then script will transfer that call to Queue but when,i he press 1script terminate that call.

Can you expand what you have under select resource step? You should want to have a few steps under connected to end the contact, and some steps in queued in case the call is not connected. Do you have agents skilled and logged into the queue? If not, the step will fail and move on, which is just End. You can add a prompt in timeout and unsuccessful for debugging . Also, the variable CSQ - make sure its a string and matches exactly the name of the uccx queue.
