We may be hitting CSCux75928

 

version 11.6 

 

Do I need to raise a TAC case for this?

UCCX 11.6 should not face this defect.

CUSTOMER VERSION IS System version: 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES06-19)

 

Does this need to go to 11.6(2)ES1 to fix it? is ES06 a lower or higher version?

 

You should be good to go, since the ES06 readme file says this:

"5. The ES files are cumulative and contains fixes from all previous ESs posted for this version except where explicitly stated."

Uccx ESs are cumulative.

In this case I would advise you to contact TAC.

I had no idea this/these documents existed. I always just use the readme's from the downloads page. Seems redundant, but ok, whatever, I'm just happy you shared the info. Thanks!
