UCCX modify caller name on redirect

Hi,

I am looking at creating a script which uses the caller ID number of an external caller to lookup a XML file and then sets a name associated to the caller id to a variable.

Once the name has been looked up I would like to redirect the call to a CCUM hunt group or phone and have the name and clid display

can this be achieved ??

Hi,

about the lookup part: that's relatively easy. Do you have a XML file we can take a look at?

About the name and CLID display: I am afraid it's not possible. UCCX cannot modify call signalling metadata.
