UCCX monitoring script

Hello,

I know in UCCE version 8 there is a tool called monitor to trace where a call goes thru the script.  Where and how  in UCCX version 8 can I monitor real time calls going thru the script?

The option you are looking for is Reactive script :)

To add to the reply, Reactive Script can be used to do a reactive debug of the script and it will be based on a triggering event (someone calling the trigger). This will check the call flow of the script for a single call.

Please note that this is quite different from the monitor tool in CCE as that will provide real time calls going through the script. If we are looking at the complete functionality like monitor, then it is not available in CCX.

Reactive debug in CCX can be used only for a single test call. Also, in case you need to see the number of real time calls, then you can use Cisco Unified CCX Administration -- Tools -- Real Time Reporting

Please use IE 7 or 8 and the right Java version as this tool is highly dependent on Java. This will provide Real time stats about the CSQ, applications, Agent stats, Calls abandoned, etc.
