UCCX - NFR to Production license migration

Dear all!

I have a customer, for whom I temporarily used our NFR license key - from CCX-80-NFR=.

While demonstrating (an in-house demo) - a lot of tuning and customization was made, and this system is ready to go to production. However it is functioning on our NFR Key.

Lately customer did purchase UCCX-8.5 Premium, and they now have their own license keys. Is there a way to seamlessly migrate without reconfiguring from scratch?

Short answer....it all depends.

If you used the same ip address and server names, service account names, etc., you can probably do a backup of your NFR system, and then restore it onto the customer system.  Once restored onto the customer system, you can then use the customer licenses to run it.  If the license is already in place, you may have to get licensing to recut it if the software MAC changes.

Make sure you have a good backup of the customers existing production system before you attempt anything!
