Client requested one requirement:

They some customers in the database for appointment.  Currently they are manually calling these customers one by one to confirm the appointment. Now they want to automate this call.

they have 20 customers waiting for appointment. it should be selected automatically or manually these customer and make call to each customers one by one. once the customer answer the call, customer should listen IVR message asking queries to confirm the appointment.

This can be done right? does it required lot of coding? do they need gadget for this destop finesse?

what license they want to accomplish this? do they need outbound IVR license?

they are currently doing automated call back if somebody call to the their number. So with same license they can meet above requirement? do they require separate license ?

They have premium license now.

Anybody has similar sample code for this to accomplish?

Hello.

You will need to review Outbound Dialer option. From Licensing point of view, I would recommend you to contact your Account Team or Cisco Partner to provide you details

Kostia

kindly note they can make call outside. there is dialer in the finese desktop. they can make call.

You are talking about Preview Dialer, that goes with Agent license.

You might want to have IVR based dialer in your case, that will require additional licensing

Kostia

The outbound guide section covers a number of your questions re: licenses, etc. It sounds like you're looking for an IVR-based campaign, that ultimately could allow routing to an agent.
