Hi,
We have a problem with a script when we do a place call step to old PBXs that normally doesnt give us ring back the call goes to unsuccesful state, and if we call from an ip phone we dont heard the ring back but in 13-15 seconds the call is established, is there any parameter i can change to make the UCCX wait longer time before put the call in unsuccessful state?
Can it be because the call doesnt have a ringback tone?
I can ony see a timeout parameter but this is for a call that is placed, and its not answered, this put the call on Call Status=2 (No answer)
We have :
CUCM 8.6.2
UCCX 8.5 SU3
E1 with R2 signaling
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

This is a CUCM/gateway issue, not CCX. Start with this document:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk1077/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094c33.shtml
CCX just listens to what CUCM tells it. In this case CUCM likely believes that call setup never succeeded. Figuring out why you aren't getting ringback probably holds the solution to this issue.

Hi,
But why with an ip phone the same call number call is established?
Another thing we also saw is that is not related with ringback, some calls doesnt have ringback and others have without any difference.
