UCCX Post Call Treatment Surveys reporting issue

Hello,

Hello,
I am planning to set up post call survey.And I am testing it in the lab. I am able to transfer calls to the post call treatment application. But can not see any data in the Call Custom Variable report in CUIC.
I am using UCCX rls 11 es07. 

Any suggestions? My script attached.

Are you storing the required data/variables using Set enterprise Call Info step in the script or not. Call Custom Variables Report will only show the information for the variables that you assign to Set Enterprise Call Info step in the script.

Hi Deepak, yes, correct. That what I am doing, but no data in the reports. if I call directly to application I can see the data, but if call transfers to application by agent, I can not see any data. Even in the application summary report I can not see only calls that I call directly to the application, if the call was transferred from Finesse desktop I can not see.
