UCCX Publisher False 'Server Down'

Since upgrading to 12.0.x for UCCX every few days we're having issues on our Publisher (UCCX1) whereas it'll inform agents that the server is down/unreachable and will continue trying to connect. This is after they put in their user/pass/ext information. I'm able to connect to the Admin Portal for UCCX1 and check Services; which show to all be operational/normal.

If agents manually swap to the Subscriber (UCCX2) they can connect in fine and work normally. But, if they attempt to go back to UCCX1 it keeps automatically re-directing them to UCCX2.

The only way I've been able to correct this is to manually reboot both UCCX1 and UCCX2 off-hours. Checking logs, this happened 14 days ago. I've opened a case, but I'm curious if anyone else has run into this, or is running into an issue like this?
