UCCX "The ID you entered was not found"

       I wanted to know can someone tell me how do I add a user to be able to log into the supervior desktop software.

       He can log into the agent software fine but I was told that I need to add the user to the supervisors group. I've never  

       done that before and I wanted to know if someone could give me a some guideance on the matter.Thanks in advanc

Login to CCX App Admin as an administrator.  Go to the Tools menu across the top then to User Management.


Find the user you are looking for and add the supervisor capability.

You can find this on Chapter 22

You will also need to add the user as a primary or secondary supervisor for a team. Find teams in AppAdmin under Subsystems--->RmCm. If you do not add to the team as a Sup they will not be able to monitor the desired CSQ.
