UCCX r8.0 Workforce Optimization Call Recording Server

I have created a new Call Evaluation form in the Admin App and followed the steps to activate it. I made this change sometime ago and the new evaluation form is still not an option when evaluating a call.  what step am I missing? Do I need to sync the databases?

I've not used 8.0 yet, but I'm presuming the basics haven't changed...

Basically after you've done the form, you need to assign it to a workflow. It used to be on the 'classifier' bit...
