UCCX Real Time Reporting inconsistent data

Hello,

I'm using the UCCX Real Time Reporting java applet. The number of Logged-In Resources is not consistent.  For instance, the Overall Express Stats page shows more Logged-In Resources than what shows in the Resource Express Stats page .This has been happening for the past few days.   I did restart both UCCX Servers a few days ago, it seemed to clear the symptom, but now it has returned.

If a reboot didn't fix it, I'm going to guess it's a software defect. Have you tried searching for a related bug? Have you tried opening a Cisco TAC case?
