UCCX - Real time reports menu problems after upgrade to IE 11 (from IE9)

Hi All

We are having trouble running real-time reports after upgrading to IE 11 from IE 9

Was wondering if anyone knows the best version of IE and java to use for UCCX version 9.1.

First of all, there is no such version 9.1 in UCCX.We have below versions only:

9.0(1)

9.0(2)

9.0(2) SU1

9.0(2) SU2

9.0(2) SU3

Based on the version, you are using look for the Supported Browsers and Java Versions section of the below docwiki:

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_CCX_Software_Compatibility_Matrix_for_9.0%28x%29_and_Service_Releases

Internet Explorer 8 and JRE 1.6.0_45 should be the best supported combination for RTR application to work properly. I know they are old and you may have new versions for them in your environment which might not be important to run RTR but may be important to run other applications. If that is the case, then I can suggest below two things as a best practice:

1) Open JAVA panel by going into Control Panel and set the security to the lowest possbile along with adding the complete RTR URL in exception list

2) Try compatibility settings for IE or other known best approach that is out there for the version of IE you are using there.
