Hi,
I'm trying to redirect a call in the IVR to an external number. When doing so, the call just drops. Redirecting to an internal nr works without a problem.

Are you using a call redirect step with the proper dial format (i.e. 9+1+NPA+NXX+XXXX)?
Do you have the CTI Route Points configured with a valid CSS that allows for outbound calling?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your answer. I was able to get it resolved in the mean time. The problem was we were sending the wrong calling nr to our SIP provider for these calls. This has now been resolved.
