UCCX Reports time format Total Seconds Vs hh:mm:ss

The Reports which are generated via Scheduler are giving the time in Total Second and not in hh:mm:ss format.

Is there a way to change the format to hh:mm:ss Format instead of total seconds.

When report is generated in the CUIC it is displayed in hh:mm:ss format

But when report is exported to SFTP server via a scheduler the format is in Total Seconds

Can any one suggest how to generate it in hh:mm:ss format.

Hi

You can create a custom version of the report in CUIC Premium that creates the field as a text string, so that you can force the formatting. It does require some SQL skills and a CUIC Premium server.

Then once done you can export/import the report into CUIC on UCCX and use it like any other report.
