UCCX script building

I'm new to UCCX .  I've taken a basic script building course but feel overwhelmed with my first build. Can't get it all straight with what variables I need to build to accomplish an ACD with queuing script.

I've searched the internet for help but am wondering if someone who has been where I am could guide me to a great reference.

Using v 11.6.2

Use the sample scripts that Cisco provides with the script editor. They have several basic scripts in there. Build and test to suit and if you run into any issues post here. There are a lot of super gurus that will help you fairly fast.
