UCCX Script reading a message

Hello, just wondering if anyone can suggest ideas ----I have a system that can covert an e-mail or any kind of alert to a automated voice file. For example-I can send a alert saying 'all Systems are down', when you receive this alert on your phone, it will be a automated voice saying 'all systems are down'. Can I take this message as it is  and somehow play it using UCCX script? I am not sure if this is possible.

So CCX can use a text to speech service (TTS). The supported TTS services are Nuance and LumenVox. I'm not 100% sure if that answers your question, but with TTS you can put any text entry and it will be played back as a prompt.
