Uccx - Social miner integration Error

Hello All,

I have integrated uccx with Social miner for chat feature but i am getting error. I follow this document (https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/integration-of-uccx-with-social-miner-chat/ta-p/3139858) but when i submit Webform  for chat then agent doesn't get request to accept chat ..

I have observed below error on UCCX and Social miner attached in notification section .

I have already attached the error snap .

After filling the webform Agent not receiving any request to accept chat .

Its new deployment and i am following document mention in query .

Hi roger,

The error on Social miner is went of after social miner upgrade , this is because of compability .

But problem is same, I am not getting any chat accept notification on my agent finese desktop - state of agent is in ready mode.

Do i need to do change something which is not mentioned in above guide ?
