UCCX Standard - Update Application Variable via API

Hi Guys

A newbie here with API. We have a need to push/update a variable from an external webserver and check that the change took place.

Any idea when set of API's we should be using.

I.E. We have an afterhours person on call, each day this changes. We have created an application that retrieves a roster and we need that application to interact with the API to change the application variable each day and check that it took the change.

Any ideas?

well, this says https://developer.cisco.com/fileMedia/download/bf325c6f-a1a0-485d-88a1-10b612ff59e7 you can use the Modify Application and the Get Application methods. There's a parameter to change and get application parameters.

I did not have the chance to lay my dirty sticky fingers on the UCCXAPI yet, so no guarrantees.
