uccx supervisor capabilities

Hi all , 

I trying to figure out what exactly are the roles of supervisor in UCCX webpage . 

I want it to be able to change agent skills . I don't want it to change\delete csq application . 

Is it possible ?

Hello,

You will have to allow the supervisor access to teams in the System Parameters. I do not believe this will give them queue access, but should give them access to Resources so they can change skills.

You would be able to change skills, Resource Group, Skills competency etc by logging into CCx Administration sing supervisor creds. Just make sure that Supervisor Access is set to Access to Supervisor's Teams only by going into CCX Administration >> System >> System Parameters.
