UCCX Supervisor wants a call waiting pop up from finesse

UCCX version 11.6.1

 

Is it possible to provide a call waiting pop-up message for the supervisor if there is a call in the queue? Please share any sample script or guide me on how to do this.

This would require a custom javascript gadget and dipping into the finesse.js package. Even then, I am not sure if the finesse.js tracks calls waiting in UCCX.

If you are not comfortable with javascript, there are third party companies with this feature already in their software.
