UCCX Trigger has a configuration error / CAD stuck calls

Hello!

 

I have this strange issue where calls are getting stuck as shown in the screenshot and all I could find is an RTMT trigger error.... that I can't seem to nail down. The config is there and looks good. I'm running out of ideas. I have rebooted all of CUCM and still the issue persists. The trigger error is causing the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem to run in a partial service state. Any assistance or ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you in advance!

Hi do you see that the trigger that you have added to be registered as a CTI route point in CUCM, also run a routeplan report from CUCM and make sure that there is no other same number configured anywhere in the system.
