Just wanted to update the name that appears in this particular live report. Any idea how to update this name? I created a new report with a new name and referenced the new view in the finesse layout but still showed the old name. Tac just said it's not supported to change the name, but previously this was clearly done. Just want to confirm that's the proper way to do it or if it's a issue in UCCX 11.6.2. This appears to have been easier in 10.6.
