UCCX Upgrade from version 10.0(1) to version 10.6

Hi All,

I would just like to confirm if I am correct that upgrading UCCX version 10.0 to version 10.6 does not need a purchase upgrade license since the upgrade is only from 10.X to 10.X? Right? We will just need an upgrade license if we will upgrade from A.X to B.X, like if we will upgrade from 9.X to 10.X or 10.X to 11.X?

You are right !!

license is needed only in major upgrades.
