UCCX upgrade from version 11.5 to 11.6.2

Hello All,

I am planning to upgrade ‘UCCX’ software version from ‘11.5 to 11.6.2’, so I would like you to assist me with best recommended method, prerequisites and precautionary steps to be taken before and duration this upgrade so avoid production impact.

Reason for upgrade > Script management was giving error message.
• Database service was OOS as server was running into bug : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg58622/?rfs=iqvred
• Permanent fix is to upgrade to 11.6.2 or later version. Here is the ISO that I would be upgrading: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286321245/type/286314116/release/11.6(2).

 

Please share the procedure.
