We have a customer who has let their UCCX SWSS lapse as of 2013.
Is their a program in place that allows them to essentially repurchase their licenses at a substantial discount if they commit to a multi-year SWSS contract? (very similar to the Customer Collaboration Upgrade Offer for UCCE)
