Does anyone know how to to give standard users on UCCX V7 access to view historical reports , document id 51927 shows how to do it via the user configuration in the Tools>Historical Reporting Configuration page but the user configuration option is not available on V7.

Do you mean access to the historical reporting client?
If so, in appadmin go to Tools -> User management. Search for your user and select them. Then move Rporting from 'Available Capabilities' to Selected Capabilities. Select the ICD and IVR checkboxes.

I think you need to go to Tools > User Management > Historical Reporint View and then search for your end users from there, assigning them IVR and/or ACD reporting rights.

Thanks for the replies and followed recommendations , user is pillingk in this example although no-one can log on , any ideas why the error is still occuring ?
