Hi - we are having an issue with our customer deployment to the extent they no longer wish to continue with CUIC as a Dashboard / Wallboard application. We have set bespoke reports and embedded them into a dashboard and all looks good until half way through the day the information stops updating. It looks like CUIC has a maximum inactivity session timeout value of 14400 seconds, 4 hours and there is no way round this (we have had TAC involved also).
I understand CUIC is not a full blown wallboard application, but this session timeout value really does not make it valid to run real time stats as users will have to reset a number of times throughout the day.
Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi,
It is not possible to increase the session timeout value more than14400 seconds (4 hours). As per current design if there are no updates to the reports during this time of inactivity for 4 hours then only the session times out.In general for a Live data report, no updates for 4 hours does not makes sense and hence there are no plans to increase this value either.
