UCCX workflow - Action based on not ready reason code

Hi all,

Is it possible to trigger an action based the different not ready reason code? I want to perform action A if agent set to not ready lunch and action B if not ready meeting.

Hello,

You can perform an action based on not ready, ready, loggedout, loggedin , startup as a general fuunction not per specific code, you can do that by launching the cisco desktop adimistrator, then you go to workflow , CAD Agent configuration, under it you will find Agent Management workflow, from there you will find all of the above functions and you can do an action based on any of them.
