UCCX Workfoce Management: Advanced Quality Manager

Dears,

I have multiple issues deploying Advanced QM,

First: The JTAPI test won't work at all, i tired everything, from rechecking the user permissions and reinstalling the JTAPI client, I followed the guide
point by point but still every time i test, i get this error:

CTI Server at <cucm_ip_address> is not ready

Coudln't get the I/O for the connection

Second: Last step of the post install is checking the status of CUCM & MediaSense Servers, here is what i get at the end:

<cucm_ip_address:52102> Connection refused

<cms_ip_address:59104> Connection timed out

I checked the firewall and everything, but these ports won't open on CUCM or CMS.

Please help me as i am stuck on this.

Thanks,

I believe Aaron is correct and the page you're looking at is referring to the QM CTI service, not CUCM.

TCP port 59102 is for network recording & 59104 is for MediaSense.

Can you post a screenshot from PostInstall?

Is the CUCM server specified running the CTIManager service?

Is the box where you are entering the CUCM server the correct one? I recall that sometimes the 'CTI' service is a reference to a service on CUCM (CCXCTI) or perhaps AQM.. it's been a while though..

Yeah, everything is running, either it is in CUCM ot CCX

but the same error happens again and again.

Assuming 172.16.10.250 is CUCM, that looks correct.  I've not had the JTAPI download/install fail before, so it definitely looks like some sort of connectivity issue to CUCM or a bug in the software.

Try disabling the Windows Firewall for troubleshooting purposes.

Do you have the AXL API access assigned to the "qmadmin" user?

What SR do you have installed on QM?

The user qmadmin has the AXL API,

and i am using the SR6 of QM

this is the latest configuration i did in the QM

is this true?

I checked the status now after this configuration, it changed to this:

Laith,

Were you able to resolve this?  I am seeing the exact same thing..

Dear,

Yes I solved it, you should put the ip address of the qm in the cti server box,

also you should configure the recording workflow & archiving workflow.

...as myself and Mark suggested above?
