UCCX11.6.2 permanent error in RTMT logs

Hello,

After upgrade UCCX from 11.0.1 to 11.6.2 have found a permanent warnings which appear every 5 sec .

Founded in UCCX RTMT > Syslog Viewer > Applications Logs > Cisco Syslog 

"An attempt to authenticate this user with the given credentials failed"  please see atach

I want find who produce this permanent error

Quick search in UCCX logs and google didn't help.

Where can i found source of this error ? Please show  search direction ))

Downloaded and analized pcap  from UCCX  interface helped me to found source of issue.

For captuere pcap was used:  utils network capture eth0 file packets count 10000 size all

For analyze: wireshark
